API V1 overview

API V1 is stable and remains supported.

What you can do

• List and create projects, and read their translation status.
• Upload resource files, one at a time or as a ZIP archive, and list, download and delete them.
• Request exports and poll them for their download links.
• Push resource files to a connected repository.
• Upload, list and delete context images.

Base URL

https://api.lingohub.com. All paths start with /v1.

Authentication

Send an API key as a Bearer token: Authorization: Bearer lh-api_…. See Authentication and API keys.

Conventions

• JSON with camelCase field names.
• URLs: workspaces and projects are addressed by URL slugs, {workspaceUrl} and {projectUrl}. GET /v1/projects returns them. See Resource URLs.

Errors

API V1 uses standard HTTP status codes with a JSON error body. See Errors and status codes.

Rate limits

Requests are rate limited per workspace. Over the limit, the API answers 429 with a Retry-After header. The X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining and X-RateLimit-RefillRate headers show your current budget.
