Delete a CDN key

Deletes the selected CDN key while preserving its actor and sibling keys. Optional If-Match checks the complete metadata GET validator under current project and key locks. Existing deferred CDN synchronization propagates revocation; success does not prove immediate edge revocation. Requires project-level settings management permission.

Public id composed of the resource type prefix and its UUID.
