Delete a style guide language variant

Removes the regional variant configured for the given general language code. Requires workspace-level style guide manage permission.

General language code the variant is configured for.

A comma-separated list is allowed; '*' requires an existing representation. Weak tags never match. Omit this header for an unconditional write.
