List Azure organizations

Returns the complete organization list visible to the stored Azure identity, with at most 1,000 organizations and 2 MiB per upstream response. Reads the current identity then its organizations; profile data is not returned or stored. Requires provider profile scope. No cursor, limit, local filter or sort; has_more is false and next_cursor is null after completeness checks. Oversized or continued responses fail with 502 upstream_error; callers may still supply a known organization to listAzureProjects. Requires workspace-level stack or integration management permission.

400The request is malformed: an unknown or invalid query parameter, an invalid id in the path, or a body that is not valid JSON. code names the problem, errors the parameter or field.

401Invalid or missing API key.

403Insufficient permissions.

404The resource does not exist, or the API key cannot see it.

429The API rate limit was exceeded. Wait for the number of seconds given in the Retry-After header, then retry.

500An unexpected internal server error occurred.

502Provider response is unavailable, invalid, incomplete or exceeds the documented bound (upstream_error).

503The service is temporarily unavailable. Retry after the number of seconds in the Retry-After header.
