Retrieve a project language

https://api.lingohub.com/v2/branches/{branchId}/languages/{languageCode}

Returns the language configured for the given branch and language code, including its file slug and fallback language. The ETag identifies this representation and can be used for conditional updates or deletion. Requires project-level languages view permission.
