Update an explicit stack member

Merge-patches an existing stack assignment. Omitted role and language entries are preserved; null for one locale removes its explicit row, while null for the whole map or role is invalid. An empty map changes nothing; use the existing PUT for full replacement. Empty/equal patches do not write. Workspace and current/requested stack owners remain protected. Configured rows do not represent effective inherited access. Optional If-Match uses the GET representation. Requires stack settings-management permission.
