Replace project key settings

Replaces the complete key-normalization configuration for subsequent key handling without renaming existing keys. Equal values write nothing. Optional If-Match uses the complete key-settings GET representation under project/settings row locks, with current permission checked again after waits. Returns the singleton without a PUT ETag; GET again for the next validator. Actual changes retain settings audit, file-language content-version and quality-metadata invalidation behavior. Requires project-level settings management permission.

Stored strategy used for incoming segment keys. FORMAT_SPECIFIC follows the resource format, ALL normalizes keys, NONE preserves keys.

Headers
string

Optional precondition. Send the quoted ETag from a GET of this resource. The mutation only runs if a strong tag matches the current representation, checked under the write lock. A comma-separated list is allowed; '*' requires an existing representation. Weak tags never match. Omit this header for an unconditional write. For an action, use the ETag from GET of the target resource, without the action suffix. A stale tag returns 412; read the current state before retrying.
