Retrieve invitation stack assignment

Returns complete stored assignment details only when the role and every target stack remain in the current workspace and the caller has settings-management access to every target stack. Otherwise availability distinguishes absent configuration from unavailable details, without disclosing a partial assignment. Describes requested configuration, not effective access or acceptance. LINK invitations are excluded. Requires workspace-level members view permission.
