Replaces the variants of existing shared texts, using an active key_id in this branch for each item. The branch selects inputs; edits affect every key of the segment. Each update requires variants and a key; empty variants clear and identical variants are a no-op. Project automations run through the ordinary edit workflow. Accepts 1–150 items with distinct references and text IDs. Structural validation precedes writes; each item commits independently. Optional per-item if_match is checked under mutation locks; aggregate If-Match is rejected. HTTP 200 can contain failures. Unexpected failures stop later items with UNKNOWN/NOT_PROCESSED outcomes; reconcile before new work. Idempotency-Key replays the entire retained result, including failures; corrected batches use a new key. Redis expiry/loss or disabled idempotency can permit execution again. Requires stack-level text management and segment, key and resource view permissions for each selected context.
