Returns the project's singleton stored Git configuration, including defaults, schedules and selection filters. Its id is the project key; integration_id names the persisted Git settings. A stored connection remains discoverable while suspended or revoked. Reading does not contact the provider or validate remote access. Provider origin omits credentials and URL paths, queries and fragments. ETag covers the complete representation; related changes can alter it without changing the stored Git settings updated_at. Requires stack-level settings management permission.
