Returns persisted segment-work counters for only the task contributors readable by this API key. Requires current task audience, stack segment view and language read access. Missing/hidden tasks or a segment task with no readable contributors return 404. Non-segment tasks or incomplete counter rows return explicit null counts. Known empty work returns zero. Follows the existing counter update pipeline; never falls back to the task occurrence snapshot or scans current segments. The complete computed response has its own ETag and does not modify the task. Requires workspace-level general view permission.
