Retrieve a CSV row

Returns a row's current coordinates and ordered cell identities. The text endpoints read and edit cell content, including other keys of the shared segment. A whole-file replacement can remove or recreate rows and invalidate their identifiers. Requires stack-level segment, key and resource view permissions.
