Retrieve project Git push settings

https://api.lingohub.com/v2/projects//integrations/git/push-settings

Returns the complete stored push defaults and message templates for the existing Git connection, including its identity and shared settings-row timestamps. Suspended or revoked connections remain readable. No provider request is made. The ETag covers the full representation. Requires project-level settings management permission.
