List integration authentications

Returns the stored Git and content-system authentications of the workspace with cursor pagination. Suspended and revoked records remain visible. Credentials and external account or installation identifiers are excluded; no provider call or token refresh occurs. Requires workspace-level integration management permission; with stack management permission alone, only content-system authentications are listed, as they are picked when creating a content project.
