Retrieve a CodeCommit branch

Reads one selected branch head through the stored authentication. Use its commit_sha for immutable directory discovery; the branch may advance afterward. No repository scan or per-item enrichment of branch listings. Protection remains null. Missing or inaccessible provider branches follow the existing upstream error mapping. Requires workspace-level stack or integration management permission.
