Retrieve an explicit stack member

https://api.lingohub.com/v2/stacks//members/

Returns explicit stored stack assignments with safe profile and language metadata. Inherited workspace access need not have an assignment. Language permissions describe configured rows, not effective access. Requires stack-level settings management permission.
