Replace project placeholder settings

Replaces the complete ordered recognition-profile list. Empty and repeated supported profiles are preserved; this does not reset to defaults or rewrite stored text. Equal ordered definitions write nothing. Requires current project settings-management permission, rechecked after project/settings row-lock waits. Optional If-Match uses the full placeholder-settings GET representation under those locks. Returns the current singleton without a PUT ETag; GET again for the next validator. Actual changes retain existing audit, file-language content-version and quality-metadata invalidation behavior. Generic placeholder conversion remains separate.

Complete replacement of the ordered supported recognition profiles; this does not define syntax conversion.

Headers
string

Optional precondition. Send the quoted ETag from a GET of this resource. The mutation only runs if a strong tag matches the current representation, checked under the write lock. A comma-separated list is allowed; '*' requires an existing representation. Weak tags never match. Omit this header for an unconditional write. For an action, use the ETag from GET of the target resource, without the action suffix. A stale tag returns 412; read the current state before retrying.
