Delete automatic backup settings

Removes the stored schedule and clears branch selection, preserving existing snapshots, restores and already-scheduled work. Repeated removal leaves the disabled settings singleton unchanged. Optional If-Match validates the complete current GET representation under project, schedule and branch locks. This operation does not cancel in-flight backups. Requires project-level settings management permission.
