Retrieve automatic backup settings

https://api.lingohub.com/v2/projects//backup-settings

Returns the stored schedule and current branch selection without scheduling work. Missing configuration is disabled with null schedule and timestamps. The ETag covers selected branches as well as schedule metadata. Requires project-level settings management permission.
