Disconnect a project's Git integration

Removes the project's stored Git connection, branch bindings, filters and schedules. Projects, branches, translations, shared authentication and retained import/export history remain. Remote webhook cleanup is best effort; this operation does not cancel in-flight jobs or retract provider writes. Optional If-Match validates the complete current getProjectGitIntegration representation under locks. Missing or already disconnected integrations return 404. If authentication is rebound while acquiring locks, 409 conflict requires a fresh read before retrying. Requires current stack settings management permission.
