Retrieve a workspace member

https://api.lingohub.com/v2/members/{memberId}

Returns a member in the authenticated workspace. Timestamps describe membership metadata; the ETag also covers current profile fields. Private account and editor settings are excluded. Requires workspace-level members view permission.
