Retrieve effective stack member permissions

https://api.lingohub.com/v2/stacks//member-permissions/

Evaluates the member's current application access, including inherited access without an explicit stack assignment and current language defaults. The response does not grant the calling API key these permissions or allow owner membership changes. Requires stack-level settings management permission.
